The eyewear range is original and contemporary, with a key focus on detailing. Tom Ford eyewear was a huge success when it launched in Paris, New York, and especially Tokyo. Following the success from the Japanese launch; the brand’s optical collection has been adapted for the Asian consumers as well as Western consumers. With this special Asian fitting, the brand manages to satisfy demands which some of the other brands don’t do.

The Collection
The brand’s collection is created for men and women who appreciate quality and detail; those who love classic shapes but want a modern twist on things.

Careful planning goes into every pair of Tom Ford eyewear; colours must compliment skin tones as well as reflect beautifully in the sunlight. This is why many of the colours you’ll see in the collection are shades of gold, bronze, cream, blush, and brown. Each pair is also designed to enhance the wearer’s personality instead of over-powering it. This may have been a reason why Ford decided to give each model a name as well as a product number.

In 2005, Tom Ford the brand announced a partnership with the Marcolin Group. Marcolin are one of the world’s leading eyewear manufacturers, who currently produce and distribute optical frames and sunglasses for the brand. The brand’s eyewear is produced solely in Italy.
