Burberry Sunglasses
About The Brand
Founded in 1856, Thomas Burberry had brought his idea and dream to life by designing the ultimate piece of outerwear that could be worn all seasons. His goal was to create something innovative yet extremely beautiful. Today, we recognise Burberry for its luxury goods and the iconic beige trench coats and macs.
The company developed its signature trademarks; the double-check patterns and the equestrian knight logo in the 1960’s. The company that was once known as “Burberry & Sons” now became “Burberry” the high-end fashion brand.
Eyewear Collection
Burberry sunglasses were officially launched in 2006. The sun collection contains many different styles; from the classic aviator style to the modern graphic squared style. Most of the eyewear is branded with the company’s trademark double-check pattern.
If you love Burberry but want a more subtle pattern, opt for the black colour because the double-check pattern wouldn’t look as prominent. Alternatively, you can opt for the models that do not incorporate the pattern, just the brand name etched discreetly on the frame arms.
If you’re more daring with your eyewear and want Avant-Garde style designer sunglasses, go for the oversized round or oversized square model with stitching effect on the edges of the frame and frame arms. Complete with gradient lenses, these luxury sunglasses really are worth every penny!
Top Tip On Buying Designer Eyewear
When purchasing your Burberry Sunglasses, don’t forget to think about your face shape. Choose a style that will compliment your personality and face shape. If you have a small nose or a low bridge you might want to try on the models first to find a frame that will fit perfectly. If you are unsure of your frame size you can ask your local opticians.
